Great place for kids and family. However needs more toilets and showers .There needs to be a justification of price rises, as the park has not been done up at all in the last couple years however the price has increased.Would suggest however if prices continue this trend with no added benefits would suggest somewhere else.

Stayed 3 nights in a powered site. It was a tad expensive, riding on the Byron $$ train I suppose.The good - nice river views, great staff, generally quiet with shops entertainment and water sports on the door step. Amenities very cleanThe Bad - While I rarely used it, the free WiFi was usually unable to connect. The hot plates in the kitchen are a little temperamental. Theft of food from camp fridge ( not really the parks fault but cameras may deter this) The Ugly - Vagrants wander around ( not just walking past but around the back of my campsite) a bit suss, And the scavenger digging in the recycle bin for 10c refund bottles for an hour at 2am on Monday morning waking all surrounding campers.
This caravan park is in a lovely, peaceful, river fronted location. We were really enjoying a relaxing weekend. Come Sunday and our peace was shattered by hour after tedious hour of thumping repetitive so called music. Be warned, check if this is a regular plague on the Terrace at gorgeous Brunswick Heads.
