Terrible!This place is absolutely false advertising I booked a family room online and it made it look like we had an apparetment when I arrived I told them I had just booked online the staff were talking in French and not even to me while I stood there confused then they went on to answer the phone before even welcoming me.. I finally was taken one single room with one bed in it I had told them this was incorrect because I had booked a family room for 4 people and showed them the pictures they then took me to two other rooms that wasn't enough beds for 4 people.. finally when we were taken to the room they said was the family room it was two tiny rooms next to each other and had to ask for the door inbetwee to be unlocked so that it could slightly resemble a family room. The fan in my room was over the top of the light so if you had both on at the same time it was like a strobe light. I do not recommend this place!
A group and a dog sat directly outside our bedroom window and blared midnight oil all night, smoking 5000 cigarettes, with the bloke relentlessly attempting to imitate Peter Garrett. 90% sure some of them worked at the motel. They ignored all requests for peace and quiet.
All I can say is.....Don't go there girlfriends! Didn't even put my bags down as a claustrophobic I started sweating and anxiety, realised we would rather spend the night in our double garage.....and left.....Just sayin! Bed pushed up against the wall like a prison cell and when I complained about no windows, I was told there was one in the toilet and as I'm not used to sleeping in the toilet area I decided to drive back to my own 5 star garage, when I confronted manager he started out nice till I asked for our refund then he turned into Norman Bates and we left, with our pride still intact and no bedbugs .I couldn't put zero stars as it wouldn't allow,this place can't have stars it needs Bars!
Not bad nice and clean bath room door needs fixing
We had the pet friendly queen deluxe room so we could bring our pug. Was very impressed with the manager Warren - hospitable and friendly. The accom is basic of course but spotless and comfortable!
